The control system for surface mounted blowout preventer (BOP) stacks are used to control BOP stacks, choke and kill valve while drilling oil and gas well. Its main function is to prevent blowout accidents in drilling operation. It is an indispensable equipment to ensure safe operation. The BOP Control Systems are all strictly designed, manufactured and inspected in accordance with China National Standard SY/T5053.2 and refers to API Spec.16D.

STRUCTURE FEATURE

• The remote control panel is equipped with both electric and pneumatic power, as well as a stand by inlet for pressing oil to ensure the system working regularly even under unexpected situations.

• The power system is equipped with automatic control system and double protective device against overload pressure for hydraulic system. The operation is convenient, safe and reliable.

• The accumulators with four sets can work regularly with the rest 75% volume when one of four sets goes wrong. A special valve equipped with the accumulator not only increases the strength of the accumulator but also makes it is convenient for the disassembly and maintenance of them.   

• The driller control panel is convenient to carry and operate, with identifications, with functions of giving signals for current working condition and avoiding wrong operation.
